The King is Crowned.....Again

If you know me.....and you should, after reading this blog.......then you know that there are three constants in my life....

1.     God
2.     Family
3.     George Strait

Introduced to me by my dear sister in law, Ruthie, George Strait has been in my life for more years than I care to admit.  When it comes to George, my emotions have ranged from lust (hey.....don't judge.....a girl can dream), awestruck, inspired, sad, happy and everything in between.

So it delighted me to wake up this morning and learn that King George has earned the coveted CMA Entertainer of the Year award.  Pretty much a no brainer for me....but we need to give the other guys a chance to shine every once in awhile.
